About
We started at a tea stall.
FormaPOS is a prototype exploring one question: can a single point-of-sale platform feel made-to-measure for a roadside counter, a restaurant chain and a clinic front desk at the same time?
We think the answer is configuration, not forks: an industry registry, a module catalogue and one deterministic set of rules that decides what each person sees. The rest is care — big buttons where hands are busy, dense tables where managers work, and plain language about what is and isn’t real.
Forma Labs (fictional demo company) is fictional, as are every business, person and number in this demo.
